I am grateful to have Morrissey and his music in my life. I was drawn to The Smiths and Morrissey while suffering from depression. It made me feel less alone and gave me pleasure at a time in my life that was very difficult. I still suffer from depression and this music still helps me cope at times when I still have difficulty getting through the day.For all that Morrissey’s music has done for me I will be forever grateful.
I have also have passed down my love of The Smiths and Morrissey to the younger generation of my family . My younger sister and I have seen Morrissey always awesome live shows more than a few times and have always been impressed with him. A couple of years ago we had the pleasure of taking one of my nieces to her first Morrissey show. So it’s become a family thing too and has brought us together.
I also just want to say I will never ever believe the horrible things that the media say about Morrissey and will always support him. I will never stop listening to Morrissey’s music as it means so much to me and has brought me comfort and joy in difficult times. I will always stand by Morrissey
